SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 


Where does NAVEDA ship? 

We currently ship throughout the United States, however our team is diligently working to expand to other countries. Stay tuned to our site and social platforms for updates. 


I placed an order, now what? 

Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive an automatic email confirming the same and noting the order number. This means we’re working on processing and shipping your purchase to you. 


You will also receive a second email once the package has left our hands and is in transit to you – this will include tracking information. 


If you have not received an order confirmation or shipping email, please check your spam folder or reach out to houseofnaveda@gmail.com for assistance. 


What if my order arrived damaged?

Can I change my order? 

We are not able to make any changes to an order or cancel it once it has been shipped. That said, if you are interested in returning the item (once received) or in an exchange, please contact us (link to contact us page) for next steps.

When will my order ship? 

While we always strive to get orders to our customers as quickly as possible, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once shipped (via USPS or UPS, based on your selection at checkout), your NAVEDA order will be en route to you. For Standard Shipping, please allow 3-4 business days, and for Priority Shipping, please allow 2-3 business days. Please note ship times can vary for orders placed on/around national holidays or in the event of  inclement weather.
