Returns + Exchanges Policy

If there is any quality defect and you are not fully satisfied with your houseofnaveda.com purchase, please return the item within 10 DAYS of receipt.

We will happily accept the return or exchange it for you. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, in new condition with tags still attached and must be accompanied by the original receipt/invoice, reason for return and evidence of problem or defect for full refund.

If there is no quality-related issue but you are still not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the items for a refund within 10 days of receiving your order. We will refund you the item price after we have received your package and inspected it.

We are sorry, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges.

This Returns + Exchanges Policy refers to apparel only. Please see below for our policy related to jewelry and other accessories. 

Final sales

All jewelry and accessories as well as any items marked on “SALE” or “CLEARANCE” are final sale and therefore cannot be returned for credit or refund. We appreciate your understanding.

Exchanges

Should you decide to exchange your purchase, we welcome you to make a new choice by visiting our online shop at houseofnaveda.com.

All returns of original purchases must be completed within 10 days of your receipt of the same. When sending back the original purchase, traceable delivery is highly recommended.  

Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return or exchange. Please be sure that your package is properly insured and prepaid (with appropriate postage). We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. We do not accept COD returns. Please allow two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. We are sorry, we are not responsible for and cannot refund any shipping and handling charges related to an exchange or return.
