Returns + Exchanges Policy

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 10 days of your receiving the order. Please see below for more on where and how to send items back to us for consideration. We will issue you a refund or exchange for the item price after we have received your package and inspected it. Please allow two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.

Is my order eligible for return or exchange? 

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sale items, or any items marked off as part of a promotion.  


Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for refunds or exchanges for earrings unless the item arrived damaged to you (in which case we will require evidence of the same, and request the item be sent back to us for inspection and further consideration). 


Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. 

 

Where and How Should I Send Items for Return? 

Please email us at houseofnaveda@gmail.com for return address information and next steps. In the meantime, please note the following: 

  • Please do not mail item(s) to the address noted on your package. 
  • The item must be sent back to us in the original condition, unworn, unwashed/untampered with, with all original packaging, and must be accompanied by the original receipt/invoice, reason for return and evidence of problem or defect to be considered for full refund or exchange.
  • Please note that we are not responsible for shipping/delivery charges for sending items back to us. 
  • When sending back the original purchase, traceable delivery is highly recommended. 
  • Please be sure that your package is properly insured and prepaid (with appropriate postage). We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. 
  • We do not accept COD returns.
